Does make great bread - especially a fan as uses significantly less yeast than traditional quicker proving methods, which means you don’t get any yeasty taste or smell. Had to play around with timings and temperature to perfect - but worth the effort.

Well my Mesh Liner disappeared and so I needed a new one. I odred it and three days later it arrived in Luxembourg.

Das LoafNest ist wirklich jeden Cent wert. Spielend einfach zaubert man damit eine perfektes, außen knuspriges und innen saftiges Brot. Und eine wunderschöne Form hat es auch. Für mich die perfekte Brotbackform.

Bought this as a gift for my husband- and he is totally chuffed! Loves planning the next loaf 😊. Would love it to come with a pre-printed recipe book, but not a problem as we have downloaded and printed the one available.

well, I was a bit anxious to use the pan due to its flatness but I was so surprised when doing the first pancakes, it is so easy to use and the chapati and flat breads get so crisp and yummy. It is the best pan I ever got.

Looks like new even though it has been refurbished. Everything was there, even the inlay was still neat. Already baked some delicious bread with it. Haven't had a failed loaf yet, all have a nice crunchy crust and nice and soft and well done on the inside. We have printed the recipe booklet from the website.

The delivery was very quick, the product as decribed (as new) I would definitelly buy again.

Arrived very fast. Although I bought a refurbished item, it was as good as new. It also came with a user manual. I'm very happy with it and baked my first loaf using my own recipe. Turned out great. No more greasing loaf pans anymore.

Refurbished...sounded a bit scary but it turned out well.
Only made two loaves so far, the spelt bread needs a bit more yeast or less salt.

Comes with a perfect DHL tracking. The LoafNest was used, but someone seems to be unhappy. Like the advise on the paper. Once time into the dishwasher and it was new! The first user makes something wrong. Several times used and it was not necessary to clean it. Look always clean, only some wipe with the hand brings the result. I don´t understand why the form is produced in China. France has a lot of tradition to make cast iron.

I have baking my own bread for a number of years now and I was intrigued by the loaf nest no knead system, sometimes you just don't have the time to go through all the kneading stages in the first two hours, and this sounded like an ideal solution for those times.
Results so far have been great for so little effort, and I am looking forward to experimenting further.
I will also use the loaf nest for my kneaded dough, so it should give me the best of both worlds.
My "refurbished" loaf nest was in a perfect unused & unblemished condition, with only the recipe book missing, but downloading the recipe book was both quick & easy.
I highly recommend the loaf nest.
